Hello mods! Yet another powers-related question here:

The character I'm considering has a complex set of powers tied to their person. He's kind of what you would get if Minato and Nyx from Persona 3 were not two separate entities, but one person. Long story short is that he was transformed into the apocalyptic final boss of his world, and only manages to prevent it from being unleashed on the planet through sheer force of will. Yes, it sounds ridiculous, but that's how the series went with it...

In his boss form, he would have access to many of the abilities that Aragami have across the board, such as the ability to organize his cells into different forms, enhanced endurance, combat ability, and his particular Aragami has lasers and all that jazz. These creatures can convert things around them into more copies of their own cells by 'eating' or 'devouring' them, thus increasing in size. Julius in particular has the ability to interface and control technology using his cells as a medium (a power unique to him and it resides in his blood apparently), so kind of like a human-robot hybrid kind of guy. These are tied to the innate capability of his body, so if I've understood the guide correctly, he would be able to keep these. Is that correct?

We've already got a Lenka in this game so Julius is sort of like Lenka but a thousand times worse.... and all of these powers are explained using science/biology in the game, he's completely non-magical because God Eater loves to define shounen protagonist powers in terms of science and technology.

The main caveat to all of this is that he has to constantly battle the Aragami urge to consume the entire world (which he has been doing for months while trapped in the spirit realm...). The character will seal most of these superhuman abilities of his own volition, as tapping into them would mean giving in to the destructive instinct. With CR development and combining other PCs powers with his own, he may be able to use them safely. Would this trade-off be acceptable in the game?
