1) Just to double check re: tech things, will characters be allowed to actively get involved in technological elements? Dirk is used to doing tech from a postapocalyptic environment, so his first instinct would be to try to find ways to use the remnants of tech left behind in the base, eg to power his computer shades, to build up new features and amenities, etc. I wanted to know if that would be an okay path to take or if it would be overstepping boundaries!
2) Very character specifically, Dirk can flashstep which is... not technically magic, probably? Only Striders can do it because why is Homestuck what it is. I tend to read it as just a weird physical Strider thing, but I wanted to check whether that would be a physical abilities that stays or if it'd slot into magical and vary between worlds.
