2) Usually dietary needs are kept in place (ie vampires, zombies, etc) to prevent humanization, but since the need to eat is very dependent on a setting specific resource, this need would be removed. You can, however, keep this necessity if you wish though there is no guarantee that the setting would provide it, so my recommendation would be to nerf this need.
3) She will be able to keep the arm and it can enter its altered state to prevent humanization, but the ability to devour things would qualify as a power only used on high-frequency worlds.
