1) If the lack of need is related to a power, there would be a necessity to eat, etc. when on a low-frequency world or the hub. On worlds with high frequencies, the power would be retained.

If the lack of need has to do with something else (for instance, if your character is a ghost that doesn't need to eat because they're, uh, a ghost), then it would remain this way regardless of the world. If you need more clarification, you can provide the character in question and I'll make a more accurate distinction!

2) While usually this would be something that would come back with high-frequency worlds, I think for the sake of the game powers like these will be limited. I think for most characters that have the power to jump worlds on their own, it would be easier on both the game and players to put a limit on these powers because they would break the game.

Characters with powers like these would also have a large incentive to leave and never come back, which having IC access to this power in game begs the question why they wouldn't use it in most cases, so it also gives the character an IC reason to stick around.

In your opinion, would a good compromise be a lesser version of the ability, like being able to jump around the high-frequency world specifically? I've played TWEWY but it's been a while; we can totally discuss what you think would be most beneficial to your ability to play him within the game!
