Hello there, mods! I hope you don't mind some questions from a potential applicant.

1) I've seen talk about how memories or knowledge are acceptable as "items" to be lost, but how about specific powers/abilities?

2) Since magic doesn't work in low frequency worlds, how about weapons that are of magical origins? Is it on case-by-base basis (e.g. guns might work since they're close enough to being non-magic but a sword that shoots bolts of lightning at swing wouldn't or something), or are they all rendered useless?

3) Finally, what would happen to characters who require something "magical" to function in low frequency worlds? To be more specific, one of the characters I'm considering has body made of a magical artifact which requires a certain magical element (present in his world's air) to work. Normally that's not a problem, since the artifact in question also serves as a link to the dimension said element comes from, but should that element be nullified for whatever reason, he'll be left in the near full paralysis, or at least have a very hard time doing so much as moving around. Would that effect still apply due to the lack of said element in low frequency worlds? Or would it be okay to say that since it's still technically "within" the character he can move around normally, but not use it to manifest outside (for example for spell or special attacks like he normally would)? Or something else completely?

Thank you in advance!
