Contents not spilled, someone has a sword in them but no injury, a verbal argument goes unheard/unanswered since the way I view it; the chain of events has been interrupted and therefore the effect can not happen without a cause. I definitely would like to hammer out details so it is not overpowered, but I wanted something that had a lot of utility for serious and silly. Though, you pointed out a very good point; I was stopped on it being overpowered because the question stands: does everything in question wait until things are "reset"? I.E., the cup holds its contents until righted, the person ran through is not affected until after the sword is removed?
