You hit the nail on the head with it only applying to sophisticated technology or artificial beings, but you mention the word "consciousness" -- since machines in Automata have a consciousness (or some do), would these machines in game also require a special consciousness? Some may and some may not, but this can be specified in the world docs.

2. You can definitely mention it in this section! Just make sure to state that these abilities will not be taken, just that they should be explained (or that you aren't sure if they will be taken and wish to discuss it, etc).
