In the case of my character, his abilities (mainly telekinesis though there are others) are part of his genetics. He doesn't need them to survive but they are physically a part of him and in fact his 'caste' is known for their psychic abilities. Since he doesn't need these abilities to survive would they be nerfed or confined to the high/low world frequency? Or would he retain them?
